Winter Track Wrap-Up

This winter track season was historic for The Browning School. This young team, led by Brandon and Nate C.’28, finished second in the NYCAL League for the first time in many years, making a strong name for themselves in the league. The team also set multiple school records. Ting C. ’29 broke the school long jump record in his very first season. Asher A. ’28 set new school records in both the triple jump and high jump. Baker B. ’27 set school records in the 600m and 1000m, laying the foundation for future record-breaking runners to come. This team is not just talented; they put in the work. Under the guidance of Coach Di Meo, they trained in rain or shine, constantly pushing themselves to improve their skills. Their dedication and discipline paid off. Overall, this group’s hard work and success have set an impressive precedent heading into the spring season.
