Comedian Sam Morril ’05 is rising to fame. In February 2020, his second Comedy Central stand-up special “I Got This” debuted, where it has since received more than 4.5 million views on YouTube. A momentous achievement for him, Morril says this is just the beginning and that there is much more content to come.
Since the pandemic, the altered schedule and community-led connection spaces have kept the School community as connected as possible in the midst of these challenging times.
The varsity basketball team is making good on their promise to defend their title as league champs with an impressive start to the season, winning the LREI tip-off tournament as well as the annual Barclays Center game.
Fittingly, Ryan Eagan ’20 joined the pantheon of elite runners on Marathon Sunday, participating in the NYSAIS Cross Country State Championship and finishing in first place in the 5K with an impressive time of 16:25.
This fall, Fernando ’21 displayed his versatile soccer skills in a New York soccer showcase among top high school players and received invitations to play in front of professional scouts in Los Angeles and Spain.
